Delete Account

You can delete your Better For Love account from the mobile app. This page is the public account deletion URL for Better For Love users.

Delete Your Account In The App

1. Open the Better For Love app and sign in with your mobile number.
2. Go to your account or settings screen.
3. Select the delete account option.
4. Enter the mobile number linked to your account and confirm deletion.

What Happens After Deletion

• Your account is deleted and your active login tokens are removed.
• Your profile is removed from normal app use and will no longer be shown as an active profile.
• Messages, interests, likes, profile activity, support requests, and settings connected to the account may no longer be available in the app.

Data We May Keep

We may keep limited records when needed for legal, safety, fraud prevention, payment, dispute, tax, accounting, or compliance reasons. These records are retained only for as long as needed for those purposes.

For App Developers

The mobile app can delete an authenticated user account by calling DELETE /api/account with the user's bearer token and matching mobile number.
